Pink and Gold Glitter go together like Grande Gold Votives and Gold Manzaniti Trees!

A Designer’s Dream to work with this beautiful couple – McKenzie and Steven. They were married at Chateau Elan Winery and Resort with their reception held at the Chateau Elan Paris Ballroom.

McKenzie’s Bouquet – A full, round, elegant bouquet designed with 3 white hydrangeas, 8 pink garden roses, 8 vendela roses, 8 ivory spray roses, 8 pink ranunculus, 8 light pink lisianthus, 8 pink mini callas, and a touch of seeded eucalyptus partially wrapped in white ribbon adorned with rhinestones.

In keeping with this elegant style we added a trio of mercury candle holders, and more pillar candles surrounded by blush pink hydrangeas. The Head table was stunning with Golden Glitz Linen.  We also created a large gold Manzaniti tree placed in a white bling container with a bed of white hydrangeas. An abundance of crystals were hung on the branches and 6 grande votives and cylinder vases were around the base.  White table top Elegant candelabras with a bed of blush pink hydrangeas were also another one of our designs!

Lauren + Seth at Lake Lanier Islands Resort, PineIsle Pointe

Ahh… So romantic. We really enjoyed Lauren and Seth who were married lakeside at PineIsle Pointe. The Perfect setting with light pinks, champagne, and larkspur (violet blue) colors.  Lauren was so beautiful – – we designed her bouquet with white hydrangeas, light pink garden roses, light pink dahlias, white peonies and pink ranunculus. Classic!

Reception guest tables filled with votive candles surrounded by lush hydrangeas, and loose crystals created an elegant evening.   Sweetheart table, twinkling lights, and champagne flowing ceiling drapery with chandelier are Design House touches that we always love!

Design House of Flowers and David Tutera CELEbrations

Design House of Flowers, Weddings and Events is thrilled to share these exclusive photos with you. If you didn’t catch the February 19, 2015, WEtv episode, of David Tutera CELEBrations, you still can view it.  Design House was honored to be selected as the lead Floral and Decor Designers for David Tutera’s WEtv celebrity event held at the Imperial Ballroom, at The Biltmore Hotel.

This Southern themed affair bursted with peaches, corals, lavenders, blush pink, and golden tones. We designed all the floral arrangements and tablescapes with peach garden roses, fuschia peonies, peach amaryllis, southern eucalyptus, babies breath, white roses, white snaps, and rose colored hydrangeas. Guest tables were also accented by flowing pearls, mirrored trays, and tapered candles. Subtle and warm — yet a bold elegance topped with southern vintage hospitality.

Various paper flower designs by Balushka Paper Floral Artistry, created a stunning event backdrop.

Kathy + Raymond at Lake Lanier Islands Resort

We’ve always loved designing weddings with pink touches, and this romantic wedding at the Monarch, Pineisle Center of  Lake Lanier Islands Resort was blush pink gorgeous!

The stunning Kathy carried  a lush bouquet filled with touches of  blush pink  – – her bridesmaids pretty in blush pink gowns also held bouquets designed with pink roses and hydrangeas. Ivory, curtain style altar draping with matching flower clusters were designed with hydrangeas, peonies, and roses. A silver chandelier hung in the center!  An amazingly elegant ceremony – – then.. Kathy and Raymond released doves into the sky.

A Beautiful reception followed in the ballroom of Pineisle Center.

Brittani + Jason at Ashton Gardens

Just look at this happy couple!  The look on their faces walking down the aisle as husband and wife is priceless. Furthermore, notice this picture of Jason awaiting his beautiful bride, Brittani – Jason is singing to her as she is escorted by her Dad.  ahhh.. you gotta love that!!  This May wedding at Ashton Gardens Chapel was filled with romance. Britanni’s bouquet of pale pink hydrangeas, orchids, peonies, snips of gold seeded eucalyptus, and blush pink dahlias was perfect!  Design House of  Flowers added touches of ivory and pink rose petals down the center aisle.
