Design House Weddings was honored to be the Floral Wedding Designers at the very first wedding held at Ashton Gardens, located in Sugar Hill, Georgia.
Meet Amber and Jesse – – this amazingly, sweet couple that we simply adored –We had so much fun designing this classic, elegant wedding.
The newly built Ashton Gardens Chapel offers panoramic views of the surrounding forest, accented by romantic candlelight, and a glass-enclosed chapel. Beautiful ivory pews were marked with pomanders designed with ivory hydrangeas and garden roses. This intimate ceremony was the perfect place to exchange vows surrounded by elegant candelabras, accent greenery, and majestic trees as your backdrop. All eyes on the stunning, smiling Amber – in her breathtaking gown – carrying a bouquet designed with soft peach & orange garden roses, ivory lisianthus blooms, & peach ranunculus. The colors were absolutely amazing as the bridesmaids wore bright teal off the shoulder dresses complemented by their peach and orange rose bouquets. And – How can you not just LOVE the flower girl dressed in her ivory flower petal dress holding a petite pomander designed with mini orange and mini peach spray roses.
Amber and Jesse joined friends and family in one of the two spectacular Grand Ballrooms. A Gold Manzanita (Wishing ) Tree designed with peach roses, hanging crystals, & ivory silk petals stood in the entrance foyer to welcome the guests. The Reception ballroom gave a full view of the surrounding private forest with floor-to-ceiling clearstory windows set off by illuminated fountained courtyards. The Grand Staircase was the ideal “photo op” for the happy couple as Amber and Jesse were introduced as “Mr. and Mrs.” for the very first time.
